Shepherdess Carr was officially licensed as a Minister of the Word of God on Sunday, October 21, 2012 by Dr. Benjamin Franklin Jr., Senior Pastor of Inner Healing Ministries Church, where she served as Director over the Media Ministry, Director over the Sick & Shut-in Ministry and Church on Wheels Outreach Ministry. She served as Co-Director over L.I.F.T. (Ladies In Faith Together) Cell Group, and Co-Director over W.O.P.P. (Women of Purpose and Power). She served as a primary Intercessor on the Church Intercessory Prayer Team and was a Sunday School teacher for the Adult Women’s class. She was also a faithful member of Inner Healing Ministries Praise and Worship Team. 

In 2014 Shepherdess Carr heard God calling her to become a Pastor and Servant. After months of     prayer and running...she responded to and accepted the call and Redeemed Believers in Christ Ministries (R.B.C.M.) was birthed based on Isaiah 43.  In December of 2016 after the process of examination           and prayerful consideration, Shepherdess Carr was officially ordained and blessed by the counsel of The National Association of Christian Ministers; she has been a member of the Association since 2013.

Shepherdess Carr is a prophetic and anointed, preacher, teacher, speaker and singer who has ministered at numerous churches, conferences and seminars throughout greater Cleveland and Ohio. She completed her first Gospel Christian CD entitled “Awesome, Mighty, Great” in 2014 and is currently writing songs for her next CD project; she is also looking forward to completing her first book which will be entitled “My Moments with the Master”. Her favorite scripture, which the Lord gave her as a foundation on which she stands today, is Isaiah 54:1-5 (Message).
